Key Features

Encoding

Streams live video to users with Flash Player 9 or 10 (H.264 / AAC stereo audio) at arbitrary bit-rates. Proprietary two-pass encoding technology allows distributing high-definition video (720p, 30fps, stereo audio) at only 1.8Mbps.

Video Input

Accepts standard definition (525i, 29.97fps and 625i, 25fps) and high-definition (up to 1080i, 50fps) video formats as well as HD-SDI, SDI or analog inputs via supported capture devices. Please contact us to get more detailed information.

Video Output

Supports up to 1280x720 output resolution (720p high-definition) and AAC stereo audio. Delivers up to four stream simultaneously at different bit-rates that can be used for adaptive streaming.

Worldwide Distribution

Supports media distribution with Adobe Flash Media Server 3 or 3.5, and Wowza Media Server Pro. Supports generic content delivery networks such as Akamai and Limelight Networks.

Pre-Processing

The software supports de-interlacing, cropping and scaling of video inputs as well as frame rate conversions with little or no delays.

Recommended Hardware

Requires Quad Core Intel or AMD processor (2.4 GHz or higher), 2GB physical memory and an additional hardware video capture device (1394 DV cameras, AJA Xena or Blackmagic DeckLink).
